First, we hope each and every one of you and your family are in good health and are taking steps to remain that way. These are challenging times—none of us has experienced this kind of uncertainty. While there is no playbook on the best way to manage through it, remaining calm and using good common sense will help us all navigate through the weeks ahead.

Our priorities, like yours, are protecting the health and safety of our families and employees. To that end, Little Miami Gig is implementing the following Coronavirus specific emergency preparedness procedures.

1. LMGig's construction firm will continue to advance the build-out of the network. Crew sizes will be limited to ten (10) and under. For your safety and theirs we ask that you maintain physical separation from the crews.

2. Subject to availability, LMGig will be using a non-contact thermometer to check the temperature of our employees on a daily basis. Any employee recording a temperature will be asked to stay home and self quarantine for the period they show symptoms, plus 7-days after the last symptom was experienced.

Contingency:  Non-contact thermometers are in short supply.   In the event we can not secure adequate supplies we will be asking employees to take their temperature at home and stay home if they have a fever.   We will ask you to take your and all household occupants temperature the day of your in-home installation. If anyone shows a fever, please contact us to reschedule the installation.

In addition we will be asking our employees and subscribers the following questions:

- Do you have symptoms of respiratory infection (fever, cough, shortness of breath)?

- Have you been exposed to someone with confirmed COVID-19 (Coronavirus)?

As long as the answer is no to both questions by the employee, you and all household occupants the day of the work, installation will proceed.   If the answer is "yes" to either question by the employee or anyone in the home, the installation will be rescheduled.

3. LMGig will contact all customers for their approval prior to conducting any work on your property. If you do not wish to grant approval at this time, we fully understand, and we will reach out to you again once the situation stabilizes. To that end, we also ask that you report if anyone in your household has the Coronavirus or had symptoms within the past 7-days in advance of our employees arriving at your home. If anyone has shown symptoms, we will reschedule any on-site work at least 7-days after the last symptom was experienced.

4. LMGig asks that at a minimum all general living areas in and around where LMGig employees will be working be cleaned prior to and following the installation work.

5. Subject to the availability of supplies, LMGig employees will wear disposable gloves and plastic boot covers while conducting work in your home.   In the event of insufficient supplies LMGig employees will wear reusable gloves and boot covers, which will be cleaned between home visits.

6. On completion of the work, LMGig will clean any flat surface parts or tools touched, as well as all reusable tools, with Clorox, Lysol or equivalent wipes. LMGig employees will make sure all disposable items and any packaging items are removed from the job site and securely stored for disposal at our central staging yard in Morrow, Ohio.

7. We will also continue to monitor State and Federal requirements and guidelines in order to implement in a timely manner to ensure the health and safety of all.

We want to thank you for your understanding and support during this challenging time. We fully understand that you are experiencing changes at your own workplace and at home, and we will work with you to make any adjustments these changes may require.

Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have. Above all, please be safe and remain well.
